There is a Myth of success in recruiting in MLM that
I have been hearing for years . . . and as a leader, I
cannot believe I am still hearing it, and seeing
it . . .
We all know that success in life and network marketing
recruiting does not come without a lot of effort,
time, and expending energy . . . and lots of it . . .
That is REALITY . . .
But I just saw another ad today that I just shook my
head at . . . and it truly is a Myth in the industry, that
any leader would recognize immediately as Bunk . . .
Here is the advertisement:
"100,000 $$$$$$$$ Guaranteed!..and here is the
deal . . .
WE build it FOR YOU . . . WE Recruit FOR YOU . . . WE do
all the work, because our SYSTEM works!!!!!!!! You do
NOTHING!!!!!!!! Just send us . . ."
That is a bunch of lies and deception . . .
KILLER Secret:
There is a Reason why the last word in Network . . . is
WORK!
There is NO way you can shortcut that secret out of
the success formula in Recruiting . . . and as a leader
you need to simply realize that it does take 3 things
to build a powerful business . . .
1) "Time"
Most people come into this business with a Success
Time Line . . . and it starts on this date . . . and ends on
that date . . . and if what you want to happen doesn't
during that time frame . . . then you say "This Doesn't
Work!" and most people are out of the business . . . They
are limiting success in their life . . .
Their Time Line became a "Dead Line" . . . they end up
dead in the water because they wanted to work this
business on THEIR TERMS . . . not the terms this industry
demands . . . and they don't understand that you work
this business and recruit either on the terms it
requires . . . or fail.
Time is a track that you must travel in this business
to learn the business, practice the business and get
through the "New Distributor Mistakes" that all are a
part of the Learning Curve in recruiting. You hear
about the "Overnight Wonders" who come in and
explode . . . but most that do that have had several
years of struggle in this business with another
company . . . Time was still a factor in their
success . . . what about you? Are you going to give this
business the time it demands to prepare you for
success in recruiting in this business?
I highly suggest you DO!
2) "Hard Work"
There is that word again . . . AAGGGHH! Work! . . . I
can hear it now . . . "You mean this isn't the Lottery?"
Nope. It is a business that requires effort and focus
to build, coupled with hard work. I had a 26 Million
Dollar earner recently tell me that the secret of his
success was "I put 20 years worth of work in 7
years of Time" . . . he worked EXTREMELY hard . . . and
countless hours building it . . . and now he does what he
wants, when he wants, for how long he wants . . .
Good Goal? For someone who wants to succeed in this
business . . . but here is an idea:
Put FULL time effort in your PART Time recruiting
hours . . . don't put SPARE time effort in your
hours . . . because:

The Seriousness that you put into your hours you work,
will determine the Seriousness of your Paycheck . . .
This is not "NOTWork Marketing" . . . as so many
believe . . . this is a Business that you MUST work to
become successful . . . you know what the word WORK
stands for?
the "Way Of Realizing Krystallized" dreams . . .
You want to see your dreams come to fruition? Are you
willing to put the work that is required for successful
recruiting into this? And the time? Your answer will

Most people who say they are "going for it,"

unstoppable towards your goals, dreams and

myth. All fairy tales are just that . . . fairy
tales . . .
By the way, the 26 million dollar earner was part-time
for 3 years and he decided to quit living the Myth . . .

He decided to go to WORK . . . Relentless,
Focused, Hungering, Educated WORK . . .
